I can't believe it's been more than a week!
I know I promised I'd check in more often but somehow this past week just got away from me. BUSINESS has a way of sneaking into even the best planned "writing vacation." I have been knee deep in CottageCollections.com and MakeMinePink.com business all week. Today is the first day that I have had a chance to do a little writing. Tomorrow Jim joins me here at STORMY Cape Cod. I hope to really keep my nose to the grindstone and get some work done by day and enjoy the evenings with my DH. I have a bag full of firewood and loads of marshmallows that need to be toasted!
As some of you know, I took a day off and headed to P-Town on on Tuesday for a great day of shopping and fresh air. I was starting to get a little case of Cabin fever.. and dayin the sun was just what I needed! Of course you KNOW I wouldn't go shopping without buying something for you though. Please scroll down to see what I found while shopping in P-Town!
Ohhh yes I did! I bought a pink Cape Cod T-shirt (XL) just for you.
Just leave a comment and enter into our second Cape Cod Cod Give-away! I'll be drawing a name before I leave Paradise next week!

stopping by to say "howdy" looks like you are having a lovely get away vacation. hope you have a terrific week.

Hi Joyce - Looks like you are having a great time on the Cape. Love that tee! I have never been to P-town. We didn't want to visit with the kids the last time we were there - I think they would have had way too many questions we were not ready to answer! But I do hear the shopping and restaurants are great!

Well I just have to say how shocked I am that so many of you want MY t-shirt. You probably can't see that it is my incentive to be an xl again. You wouldn't want to stand in my way, would you??? All you have to do is delete all your posts. I would do it for you, but............ =)

So glad PB will be there with you tonight. How romantic, sitting by the fire, toasting marshmallows, sipping some wine (rose, of course!), and lots of cuddling. Can't believe your dream month is almost over, doesn't feel like it's been that long already. Thanks for the pic of the ocean again (deep sigh). That will hold me over 'til I get my day on the sand, hopefully next week. Love the pink Cape Cod shirt, have my fingers crossed.
Have a wonderful Mothers Day, enjoy your week with no communications!

Oh Joyce!
I've gotta win this one! I was born in the Cape Cod hospital, and haven't been back to Mass. since I was 14 months old! This would be my incentive to travel to New England, and visit my homestead! I lived in Hyannis,Mass, and long to see where I came from... what a treat it would be to wear this Pink Perfection while traveling!!! lol.. Have I tugged on your heartstrings alittle???
I bet you're so excited to have Pappa Bear with you! No doubt you've accomplished tons since you've been there, and we know your sweet hubby will keep your nose to the grindstone, but ooohhh, those evenings! Marshmallows, fire, Sweet Pappa! How romantic! Cuddling and hearing the waves will do wonders for both of you!
Big Pink hugs~
